evaluation: Item Response Theory (IRT) - By adjusting the difficulty of the
questions in accordance with the correct or incorrect answer to preceding
questions, this test can accurately evaluate ability in a short amount of time.
§In addition, online test
administration will allow examinees to choose their own testing time with no
new installation of software.
