If it is performed in house by Universities/Schools
- Extra man-hour/headcount to held the test
- Extra cost to provide test venue
- Need extra time to marks, collect, analyze and administrate the
- result
- Often the result is not reliable
If it is performed by test center such as TOEFL, TOEIC and IELTS :
- Opportunity Loss
